This is not something that Pampered Pupz of St. Johns has ever done or would ever do. We believe in being transparent with our pricing and don’t like hidden or surprise fees. A trip fee is simply a way to offer lower service charges for grooms while making them back up with a trip fee. We don’t believe in doing business that way. The only fees that we will charge in addition to our normal service would be for heavily matted pups and pups that have fleas. This would be after a discussion with our client about the situation prior to the work being started/completed.
